DELIVERY TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

FEES AND DELIVERY DELAYS:

The items that you order are subject to the French VAT of 20%. You do not have any additional taxes to pay when you receive your order. You will not be able to recuperate the French VAT that is included in the price. The costs of delivering a package vary according to the detail of the order (number of items and total weight), the destination and the delivery option you choose.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELAYS:

The costs of delivering a package vary according to the detail of the order (number of items and total weight). Orders between 0 and 30kg will be delivered within 8 working days from the date of reception of payment for the order, providing the ordered item is available in current stock. If any item is unavailable at the time your order is received, KiWAMi will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or re-imbursement.

Mainland France :

-Relay points 48hrs / 72hrs: 6 € including VAT.

-Home delivery by post without signature 48hrs / 72hrs: 8 € including VAT

-Fedex Express 24hrs: around 30 € (variable rates)

KiWAMi offers you the choice to be delivered by:

1. Fast post.

2. Courier.

DELIVERY POLICY:

If you receive your order but the size or the style of some items does not suit you, don't worry, you have 14 days from the reception date to return the products for re-imbursement. Any product that have been customized with the printing of a name, text or logo and any products that are part of the RIO NATION range cannot be returned.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to organize and pay for the sending of products back to Kiwami.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS:

KiWAMi accepts no responsibility for delays of delivery or lost parcels due to the fault of the transporter, or employee actions such as strikes.

If your order has not been delivered in the 8 working days promised, without warning from KiWAMi , contact KiWAMi by email contact@kiwamitriathlon.com, or telephone / fax +33 5 5932 2936. KiWAMi will contact the delivering authority and track the parcel. An investigation by the post can take up to 21 days.

If, after having received your parcel, you discover the contents do not correspond to your order (e.g. you ordered an Amphibian size M and have received an Amphibian size L), contact KiWAMi by email contact@kiwamitriathlon.com, or telephone / fax +33 5 5932 2936. KiWAMi will advise you of the procedure to follow in order to exchange the item of the correct one. Please retain the product in it’s original packaging. KiWAMi will pay the cost of returning the item only if an error has been made by KiWAMi itself. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to organize and pay for the sending of products back to Kiwami.

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD + DOM TOM

TAXES AND CUSTOMS:

Items that you order are not subject to French VAT or other taxes concerning our product and it's delivery to you. Your invoice is non-inclusive of French VAT. Your purchases may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by your own government, department or territory. KiWAMi is not liable for any such expenses.

DELIVERY COSTS:

The costs of delivering a package vary according to the detail of the order (number of items and total weight), the destination and the delivery option you choose. The KiWAMi website www.kiwami.co.uk will calculate the delivery cost of your order according to the delivery destination. If your destination does not appear as an option on KiWAMi’s list of countries, please contact KiWAMi directly.

French overseas territories :

  • Home delivery by post 4 -15 days depending on the destination and customs services: 15 € excluding VAT
  • Fedex Express 2 - 5 days depending on the destination and customs services: Variable rates

Customs fees may be applied. Payment of customs fees are the full responsibility of the customer. The products are invoiced excluding VAT.

European Union (+ Switzerland):

  • Home delivery by post (signature required) 3 to 10 days: 12.50 € excluding VAT
  • Fedex Express 2 - 5 days depending on the destination: Variable rates
  • Switzerland: Home delivery by post (signature required) 3 - 10 days: 12.50 € excluding VAT. Customs fees may be applied. Payment of customs fees are the full responsibility of the customer. The products are invoiced excluding VAT.

DELIVERY DELAYS:

Delivery delays can vary considerably according to your country of destination (between 2 and 15 working days). from the date of reception of payment for the order, providing the ordered item is available in current stock. If any item is unavailable at the time your order is received, KiWAMi will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or re-imbursement.
